Comment: I wanted a layout to celebrate Marion’s extraordinary win at this year’s Oscars. There were so many gorgeous pictures of her cherishing the statuette I was almost unable to decide on which to use. However, I picked a few and Laura selected the ones you can see for the layout.

Comment: I was relaunching the site on its own domain. For months I had been very busy working on the gallery and the filmography pages. So I wanted a professional looking design.Mycah was as fabulous as ever and created this simple yet elegant and timeless design. I was very happy with it.
Layout #3
Online: May 8 - August 23, 2007
Design: pre-made WordPress theme modified by myself
Comment: I knew I was going to expand the site from a little tribute page to a site on its own domain and full of in-depth information. To already make some kind of announcement about it - and because I had just fallen in love with WordPress - I chose this new layout. I loved that it had 3 rotating headers.
Layout #2
Online: March 29 - May 8, 2007
Design: pre-made Joomla theme with graphic by Elements Inc.
Comment: I was trying out a content management system called Joomla and decided to along with the little Marion Cotillard tribute page also host Anna Paquin and Emily Mortimer pages on the same system. I asked Natalie to design some gorgeous graphics to put into the premade Joomla theme.
Layout #1
Online: July 5, 2006 - March 29, 2007
Design: myself
Comment: I was very much in love with Marion Cotillard’s performance in Love Me If You Dare and had decided to set up a site or something for her. As soon as I looked up her resumee I realized that it’d take a long time to build a full website. So I decided to make only a small website. I bought a magazine with a photoshoot of her and when someone sent in outtakes of the shoot I decided to use that session as a theme for the layout. Very basic, indeed.
