Welcome to Magnifique Marion Cotillard - your English online resource for everything about the Oscar winning French actress. She's best known for her award winning performance in La Vie en Rose - but you might also recognize her from movies such as Love Me If You Dare, Big Fish or A Very Long Engagement. Following her Oscar win she starred in Public Enemies, Nine, Inception and the French Little White Lies. In 2011 she became a mother and was seen in Midnight in Paris and Contagion on the big screen while she filmed scenes for The Dark Knight Rises and for Jacques Audiard's Rust & Bone. In 2012 she will play a Polish immigrant in the period drama Low Life. Not stopping at movies, Marion Cotillard is also exploring her musical talents as a member of the French rock band Yodelice. After nearly 1.5 years Magnifique Marion Cotillard has a new look! Not only do we have a fantastic layout for the main site, Mycah from Purple Haze Inc. created also matching looks for our second domain marion-media.org where you can find the extensive Photo Gallery and Video Archive as well as for our Twitter Page. I’m so excited about the results and hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Thank you for leaving your comments.
The pictures for the layout are from the 2009 Madame Figaro shoot and in my opinion showcase the different aspects of Marion’s personality perfectly! The site should look fine in all browsers though the best result will be when using Firefox!
After over 7 months a new layout was more than needed. The talented Natalie (who already designed the header for our second site layout) designed this timeless and elegant layout based on the Paris Lady Dior Print Campaign a while ago and finally I got round to code it for the site. I hope you are as excited as I am about the new look!
The site looks perfect in a Firefox browser but should work fine with others too. If you encounter problems though please let me know, thanks!
Additionally to the new layout the sidebar has (finally) been updated with all the new Marion Cotillard projects and some important dates for the upcoming 2 months!
Today was one of those rare occasions when I tried to create layouts myself. Results can be seen in the media parts of the website. Feedback is much appreciated! I will try to get the new layout for the main website up soon – stay tuned!
