As the Cannes Film Festival unfolds, Marion Cotillard has made her first appearance at the event. On Friday she attended the Chopard Lunch and posed alongside Fan Bingbing, Livia Firth, Colin Firth, and Laura Baily. The lunch promoted a partnership between Chopard and the Alliance for Responsible Mining for a closer relationship between luxury and sustainability. Marion looked cool and summery in a Vivienne Westwood dress and Jimmy Choo tan sandals. She completed the look with a Chopard ring.

The next day, Marion was spotted at the Dior Cruise Collection 2014 show held in Monaco, wearing a Raff Simons design.

Marion’s movies Blood Ties (Guillaume Canet) and The Immigrant (James Gray) will be screened at Cannes on the 20th and 25th of May, respectively, so we should expect to see her throughout this week!

Finally! The 7th and last video from the Lady Dior Web Documentary series by Eliott Bliss with music by Yodelice was put online on LadyDior.com earlier tonight! It focuses on the day when Harvard honoured Marion Cotillard as Woman of the Year earlier this year (pictures) – there’s the video of her ‘how to act dying’ – but also quickly shows many outtakes from the previous episodes. I tried to capture them all so you can enjoy these fun photographs! And there are 2 bonus videos as well.

Over the course of the episodes, we’ve followed her all throughout her exciting and sparkling world, from the red carpets of Hollywood to the ateliers of Avenue Montaigne. In this final installment in the saga, Marion Cotillard invites us to Harvard University in the United States where she’s being awarded “Woman of the Year”. A woman in Dior, naturally.

I have no idea why I never updated about this – the screencaptures have been in the gallery for ages – but in January the 6th video of the Lady Dior Webdocumentary was released. It showed Marion Cotillard in Los Angeles promoting ‘Rust and Bone‘ during telephone interviews and at premieres as well as attending the Printemps Haussmann Christmas Illuminations Launch in Paris.

From the red carpets of Hollywood to the unveiling of the window displays at the Printemps store in Paris, follow the hectic and extraordinary life of Marion Cotillard. Ever beautiful, ever passionate, forever Dior.

There’s a new Spring/Summer 2013 Lady Dior Print Ad campaign starring Marion Cotillard ready to be featured in magazines all over the world. Shot again by photographer Jean-Baptiste Mondino it doesn’t so much focus on a specific location as it’s in addition to showcasing the legendary Lady Dior handbag also featuring looks from the pre-fall Raf Simons collection.

The new spots are slated to break in Numéro magazine in France on Monday and in the May issue of Vanity Fair in the U.S., due out on April 9. It will also be showcased, along with making-of images, on diormag.com.

After a long break, the fifth episode of the new Lady Dior Documentary is online! It shows a little bit of what went on behind the scenes when Marion Cotillard was writing and recording the song for the last episode together with Maxim Nucci (Yodelice). Then it shows her going to the Paris Fashion Week and designing her own Dior bag as well as goofing around at the London Fillm Festival.

She’s been the face of the Lady Dior bag since 2008, the embodiment of a dynamic and refined woman. And so it was only natural that Marion Cotillard would design her perfect bag, her very own Lady Dior, as modern as it is timeless, just like her.

This totally slipped my mind. But on October 19 Dior Magazine announced the new Lady Dior campaign featuring Marion Cotillard. After a number of world cities Lady Dior has now visited the Hamptons and photographer Jean-Baptiste Mondino captured her on the beach. Ads started appearing on the last October weekend in magazines such as Japanese Vogue, Elle, 25 Ans, Numéro, Italian Vogue, Vanity Fair U.S., Town & Country, Interview, American and French Elles and Madame Figaro (source).

Episode 4 of the Lady Dior Web Documentary is here! Sadly, there’s no new footage of Marion as it’s an animated short film. But no worries, it’s very exciting as it features an orginal song by her! Directed by Eliott Bliss, design by Slim and music by Yodelice.

In a film directed exclusively for the House of Dior, and to the tune of an original song written and sung by Marion Cotillard, the history of Dior comes alive in pictures.

The third episode of the new Lady Dior Documentary is online! It shows Marion Cotillard being photographed for the new Dior magazine. She’s wearing vintage Dior so it’s the perfect opportunity to merge the fashion house’s history with Marion’s. There’s also footage from 2 other Dior photoshoots: one on a ferry in New York (used in 7000 and L’Express Styles) and another one indoors (used in Paris Match and Madame Figaro). There’s also napping Marion and her going to events.

It’s time for an exclusive photo shoot for Dior, and Marion Cotillard slips into some of the finest haute couture creations by Christian Dior himself.

The second episode of the new Lady Dior Documentary is online! Apart from continuing to show the process of creating Marion’s dream robe and some history of the house Dior we see Marion jumping around & dancing at a photoshoot. I wonder when we’ll see the pictures taken that day. And at the end we even hear her sing.

From the workshops at 30, avenue Montaigne to the markets of the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, Marion Cotillard invites us into her fairytale life and continues to write the story of a passion-filled union between fashion and cinema.
