Welcome to Magnifique Marion Cotillard! Marion's best known for her award winning performance in La Vie en Rose, but you might also recognise her from movies such as Inception, Midnight in Paris, The Dark Knight Rises and The French Rust and Bone. Collecting nominations for her latest film Two Days, One Night and starring in the upcoming adaptation of Shakespeare's Macbeth, Marion Cotillard is finally making a comeback to leading roles. Not stopping at movies, Marion Cotillard is also exploring her musical talents, having toured with French rock band Yodelice and recorded a song and video with British band Metronomy. She's also taken over the fashion industry as the face of Lady Dior. All the while, she is never too busy for her family and to lend her time and name to causes she believes in. Enjoy your time here and keep checking back for all the latest news!

This past Wednesday evening, Marion Cotillard attended the 2nd annual gala of the Leonardo Dicaprio foundation. The foundation aims at earning funds to support the environment and planet preservation. Marion was reunited with Pierre Rabhi, her friend and someone she deeply admires. Marion wore a dress by Erdem.

Besides that, Marion has been supporting partner Guillaume Canet at jumping events. I have added photos to the gallery from the Paris jumping at the beginning of July, where Marion also hung out with Salma Hayek. Enjoy!

Europe 1 just released this excerpt from a recent interview with Marion Cotillard and Guillaume Canet while promoting Les Minions in France, the animated film they lent their voices to in their home country and that opens in France on the 8th of July. Marion and Guillaume talk about working together and about how it’s much easier to work with their partner than for example with a good friend they have to kiss on screen. They talk about how odd it was to have to make out in Jeux d’Enfants when they were just very very good friends. Very funny interview with the two of them!

I have also added two photos from the interview to the gallery. Enjoy!

This year, Marion Cotillard and Chopard came together shortly before Cannes for a new collaboration. A fan of the brand and, having worn Chopard jewelry to several red carpet events in the past, Marion created her first Chopard piece using ethically sourced colored gemstones, in the form of traceable and sustainably sourced Australian black opals. The bracelet Marion created was worn by her during the premiere of The Little Prince in Cannes last month. You can see photos of it in the gallery.

Adding to this, Marion also did a new shoot for the brand and I have found two stunning photos from it yesterday that I have added to the gallery. I have also added photos of Marion’s meeting with Chopard for her design.

On June 11, Marion Cotillard attended the launch of the ‘Ice and Sky’ Climate Educational Program. The program, created by Luc Jaquet, offers videos shot in various regions of the world, animated films, storyboard diagrams and interviews with leading researchers that will be used as teaching material.

Luc Jaquet, who directed the world wild acclaimed documentary March of the Penguins, directed the Cannes closing night film Ice and the Sky, which the program is based on.

Marion, who lent her voice to dubbing the program, was with Luc Jaquet at the French Insitute in New York City on June 11 to discuss what the program entails during a press conference.

The documentary “Ice and the Sky” centers on climate specialist Claude Lorius, who began researching in Antarctica in 1957 by measuring carbon dioxide bubbles in ice (some of it 800,000 years old) to prove mankind’s role in climate change. Lorius was among the first scientists to make the case for global warming.

I have added dozens of high quality photos of the event to the gallery.

You can listen to Marion’s work on the official site: http://education.iceandsky.com/

Just a little post to let you know we are revamping our Social Media and introducing new ways of sharing Marion content and news with you.

My friend Serena joined the team and, as the social media savvy she is (and that I’m really not!), she has been helping out with updating and upgranding our Social Media presence. We have a new look for all our channels now that matches that of the website, and we will be more active on all of them than we have been so far.

We have opened an Instagram account for the website, which will keep you visually up to date on what we are doing for the website and will also feature any Marion related things we run into during our days and that we find fun to share with you guys. We hope you like this new add on and be sure to follow us on there to keep up to date with the site, too.

Serena has been a precious help in uploading the dozens and dozens of videos to our Youtube account. Be sure to subscribe to keep up to date with new videos as she will be uploading often and there are a lot of videos to come! Welcome to the team and thanks so much for all the help, Serena!

Hope you guys enjoy and please do submit any ideas or suggestions for things you’d like to see on the site. We’re always trying to make it the best source for you!
