When will La Vie en Rose be released on Region 1 DVD? This question has been on the mind of many fan. The suspense is over! While Videoeta still lists a general November release Marion Cotillard’s Road to Oscar has been able to find out more: November 13! And apparently it will be an extended version, too! Which probably means the deleted scenes that can be found on the French DVD will be included in the main film.
As the previously mentioned blog also points out, this is a perfect timing to remind critics and Academy members of Marion’s outstanding performance - thus making an Oscar nomination more possible! Reminding certainly is in need, the film was released in July, which isn’t exactly Awards season.
