Marion Cotillard will be Laurent Delahousse’s guest tomorrow, Sunday, May 18, 2014 at 8.30 pm on the show Info Week-end on France 2.
Marion Cotillard and director James Gray will be guests on Charlie Rose tomorrow to talk about ‘The Immigrant‘. The show airs Fridays 8.30pm ET on PBS. Watch a preview clip on their website.
‘The Immigrant‘ being released in the US tomorrow and ‘Deux jours, une nuit‘ premiering at the Cannes Film Festival in competition next Tuesday makes for a very interesting situation. We’re getting French and English media coverage for two of Marion’s movies starring her in the lead role. Not that I’m complaining.
The May issue of Studio Ciné Live comes with two covers, one featuring Marion Cotillard, the other Angelina Jolie. The Cannes issues of this week’s L’Express Styles and Télérama both feature Marion on the cover as well. All three magazines include brand-new photo shoots. Sofia added scans of all three yesterday.
Also, Marion Cotillard will be on the cover of Version Fémina’s Cannes issue (which comes out with Journal du Dimanche next Sunday).
Then there’s an article inside this month’s Premiere, thank you very much Elise for providing scans. This week, Marion was also on the cover of Variety in the US. If you’re able to provide scans (digital or real) we’d appreciate that very much. In the meantime I’ve added the outtakes and the cover. There was also an article in LA Times.
In addition to many online English interviews the French interviews and pictures from last week’s magazines have started to appear online so I added them. If you don’t speak French you can now copy the text into an online translator.

Marion Cotillard, Nicole Kidman, and Scarlett Johansson are among stars snapped by London photographer Andy Gotts for a project started by Bafta eight years ago to record all living performers ever nominated for its movie honours.
The portraits are among 100 at an exhibition opening on Monday ahead of the Bafta awards on February 16. It also features Juliette Binoche, Jodie Foster, Al Pacino, Johnny Depp, Robert De Niro, and Clint Eastwood. Gotts told how he was initially given just 12 minutes with Brad Pitt on the set of Troy: “But he said, ‘Take as long as you want.’ One and a half hours later we were arm-wrestling.” Pitt handed Gotts his phone with George Clooney on the line. Clooney invited the photographer to his villa in Italy, where Gotts found him feeding the ducks on Lake Como.
Gotts, 42, has taken pictures of more than half of about 800 candidates.
The exhibition, Behind The Mask, runs from January 20-February 7 at Somerset House, before a smaller display at Bafta HQ in Piccadilly. Limited edition prints are on sale to support Bafta’s charitable work.

BAFTA will project every image from the series onto the façade of its headquarters at 195 Piccadilly, London during the weekend of the EE British Academy Film Awards. Go the Exhibition Homepage.
