As I mentioned in one of my recent updates Marion Cotillard was interviewed on French TV last Monday night. France 2 aired the ‘Live from USA’ interview about her Golden Globe win and introduced it with a nice little overview of Marion’s career. Thanks to Paolo we have HQ screencaptures in the gallery and a down-sized video for you to download. Many many thanks!

While I thought it was especially nice to once again see an interview in French – Marion’s native language – it might be difficult for some to understand. We did not get the usual Golden Globes picture & video galore – for obvious reasons – but I could not resist adding 2 pictures of the screen & a video from the moment when Marion Cotillard’s name was read at the Press Conference. I also took the time to update the gallery with Marion’s other recent public appearances – as well as 3 exciting videos. Many thanks Mariana and Sara Amelia for your help with some of the pictures!

You’re still very welcome to send in a proper file of that interview as well as the Craig Ferguson talk show appearance and in fact any other interview/video with Marion you might come across. Myself and the rest of the site’s visitors will definitely be very grateful!

The first pictures of Marion Cotillard in 2008! As previously announced, Marion was honoured with the Breakthrough Performance Award at the Palm Springs International Film Festival’s 19th Annual Awards Gala this past Saturday night. Congratulations! I’ve updated the gallery with some pictures (many thanks Mariana for your help) – and am currently on the lookout of a video of Marion’s acceptance speech. Can anybody help me out? That’d be fantastic!

I finally sat down and scanned most of the recent Marion Cotillard features. Among which the absolutely stunning spread from a recent issue of New York Times Style magazine and yet another coverage of Marion’s visit to Japan. Additionally, this year’s special of French Studio magazine Hors Série – looking back on 2007 – features Marion Cotillard on the cover, and rightly so! Thanks lolo for the heads-up.

I’ve updated the gallery with photos of Marion Cotillard’s latest public appearances. She’s a very busy woman right now! She’s spending a lot of time in the US – New York mostly in the last few weeks – to give interviews and participate in the awards campaign Picturehouse is organizing for La Vie en Rose. Last week, she attended the 17th Annual Gotham Awards in the Big Apple. Only days later she flew to Europe – Berlin in Germany to be more precise, where La Vie en Rose had its world premiere – to attend the 20th European Film Awards. Despite missing out on the award she looked absolutely gorgeous. Enjoy!

I’m very sorry for the lack of updates recently. I’ve been very busy in real life and also I’ve been doing some behind-the-scenes work for the site – which I’ll soon be making available for all of you. To begin with I (finally) have the screencaptures of all the DVD extras of the French 2-DVD edition of ‘La Môme’ as well as of the limited special edition by Fnac.Com.

The film was released on DVD in the US as ‘La Vie en Rose’ earlier this week. I recommend you all go out and buy or at least rent it. I’m not sure whether the Making Of is the same on both DVDs and what scenes are added in the US version to make it the extended version. If anyone could send in information on that it’d be most welcome! Thanks.
