The Immigrant Trailer & new Lady Dior campaign

The Immigrant Trailer & new Lady Dior campaign

Marion Cotillard is once again the face of a Lady Dior campaign. Photographed by Steven Klein and Jean-Baptiste Mondino for past Dior campaigns, it was photographer Tim Walker’s turn to capture the actress posing alongside Dior bags. Marion wore two designs from the French fashion house’s Resort 2014 collection by designer Raf Simons. The ads were featured two days ago in the Japanese edition of Vogue and are featured today in US’ Vanity Fair.

I have added the print ads from the campaign as well as the making of and its screen captures.

In other exciting news, the International trailer for ‘The Immigrant’ has finally been released! The movie opens in Belgium and France on November 27. A worldwide release has been pushed back with rumours claiming the film won’t be in US theatres before next spring. I have added new stills from the movies, the trailer itself and screen captures of the video. The entire production looks stunning, take a look!

Marion Cotillard joins Martin Scorsese on Marrakech Film Festival jury

French actress and Oscar winner Marion Cotillard is the latest addition to a star-studded Morocco Film Festival jury

Oscar Winner Marion Cotillard will join American director Martin Scorsese on this year’s jury for the 13th annual Marrakech Film Festival, which will run 29 November – 7 December.

Besides Scorsese, who was named president of the jury, and Cotillard, the jury is stacked with big names, including Oscar nominee Patricia Clarkson, this year’s best director winner at the Cannes Film Festival, Amat Escalante, Cannes regular Paolo Sorrentino, Korean director Park Chan-wook (famous for his film Old Boy), and Turkish director Fatih Akin.

The jury votes on the festival’s top prize, the Golden Star, for best film, as well as the jury prize, best actor and best actress.

The festival will pay tribute to Scandinvaian cinema on 5 December.

The full line-up is expected to be announced later this week.
